1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Marinios IPTV service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Marinios IPTV provides subscribers with access to television channels, on-demand movies, and series via the Internet. We do not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind, and act merely as an index (or directory) of media posted by other enthusiasts on the internet.

3. Account Sharing & Usage

Your subscription provides a specific number of simultaneous connections as defined by your plan.
Sharing your subscription credentials with individuals outside your household to exceed your connection limit is strictly prohibited.
Our automated systems monitor for abuse. Accounts found violating sharing policies will be permanently banned without a refund.

4. Content Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, the availability of specific channels and VODs is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for temporary channel downtime caused by upstream providers or server maintenance.

5. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed on a prepaid basis. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription before it expires to maintain uninterrupted service. We do not automatically charge your card for renewals unless you explicitly opt-in to auto-billing.
